The cost of shipping on the Italian territory is free; €25.00 for foreign shipments, unless otherwise provided, customs duties and charges will be borne by the buyer. The ordered products will be sent to the postal address specified by the user in the registration form. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery will be made within seven working days from the day of receipt and acceptance of the order. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the registration form. It is mandatory for the user to indicate a telephone number. It is up to the user - recipient - to check the condition of the delivered product. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must promptly notify Dionigi Castagnoli's customer service by e-mail info@dionigicastagnoli.com. In the event of a damaged package, please accept the delivery "with reserve". Dionigi Castagnoli is not responsible if one or more products are missing from the order due to tampering by third parties, as required by the Civil Code by article 1510, paragraph 2. Furthermore, pursuant to article 63 of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 in the event that the carrier has been chosen by the user - recipient - the risk is transferred to the user himself already upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
In order to improve the shipping service, both the mobile phone number and email address will be delivered to the shipping company to allow for exact delivery notification.

The delivery of the products purchased on www.dionigicastagnoli.com takes place on average within 7 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 14 days for all other destinations.
Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays; the carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, to normal shipping times, it is necessary to add a working day for normal administrative checks.
